The home at 11341 S. Marathon Lane, Plainfield was sold on Sept. 30 by Sean and Carol Struffert for $360,000. The buyers were Tahar Baziz and Lynda Touadi.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,969.48, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 75 properties sold in Plainfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sean Struffert has been registered to vote since 2018. Carol L. Struffert has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
