■ Necessitates the updating of signatories with various bank depositories for the Village

2. Resolution (21 R-002) Approving Change Order #2 for Kings Road With Rempe-Sharpe & Associates - Construction Engineering Services

■ Additional $54,830.82 for extra consultation hours

■ Project completion was delayed due to addition of landscaping to the Southgate berm and weather related issues

■ Kings Road from Hassert Boulevard to Rodeo Drive

■ Reviewed and approved by Public Services Committee

3. Resolution (21R-003) Approving Extension of Contract with Avalon Petroleum Company

■ Low bidder from 2018 from Motor Fuel Program - $575,000.00 approved April 24, 2018 and renewed annually

■ Bid price based on "rack price" plus delivery cost

■ Bid prices are extended to April 30, 2022

4. Resolution (21 R-004) Approving Replacement of the Return Activated Sludge System from Metropolitan Pump Company for Wastewater Treatment Facility #1 -151 W. Royce Road

■ Existing system unserviceable due to age
