The City of Joliet Police Department issued the following announcement on May 28.

Tomorrow (5/30), the @ILfoodbank is hosting a 'Pop-Up Market' from 9am-12pm at @JolietJrCollege

. The ONLY way into the market will be via Elmer W. Rowley Dr off Houbolt Rd. JJC PD & @JolietPolice

will be on scene to assist with traffic flow; please follow their directions.
