Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 20-010, an Ordinance Granting a Variance to permit Fiber Cement Siding on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-67A (Applicability and scope: type of building or structure) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R-2 Single Family Residential District at 14717 S. Hawthorne Ct., Homer Glen, Illinois.

3. Consideration of Ordinance 20-011, an Ordinance approving a Site Plan Amendment for the proposed parking lot improvements to Aqua Pools located in the C-4 Highway Commercial District at 13445 W. 159th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois [Aqua Pools, Case No. HG-1835-SP].

4. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 20-012, an Ordinance Amending §83-68 of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen, Increasing the Number of Class Q Liquor Licenses Issued within the Village of Homer Glen (Franciscan Communities Inc., d.b.a. Marian Village).

5. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 20-013, an Ordinance Assigning an Available Class Q Liquor License (Retirement Facility) to Franciscan Communities Inc., (d.b.a. Marian Village).

6. Consider a Motion to Cancel 2020 Homer Community Festival.

7. Consider for Approval a Motion Accepting the Bid Proposal from The Kenneth Company for the Design, Procurement and Installation of Playground Equipment at Glenview Walk Park in the not to exceed amount of $199,999.00.
