3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APPROVAL December 19, 2019 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES.

4.CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding items listed on the agenda, except for items listed under Public Hearing. Anyone speaking on an agenda item is entitled to speak for a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff and the Zoning Board of Appeals do not generally respond to public comments. Please note speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

a.PETITION 2020-01: A Variation of Use to allow construction of a 135’ monopole tower wireless facility and accompanying ground equipment, a B-3 (general business) use in a R-1 (single-family residential) zoning district, located at 1215 Houbolt Road.

b.PETITION 2020-02: A Special Use Permit to allow construction of a 135’ monopole tower wireless facility and accompanying ground equipment, located at 1215 Houbolt Road.

c.PETITION 2020-03: Variations to allow an illuminated ground sign and to allow the sign to exceed the maximum allowable sign area for a church in residential zoning district, located at 912 Gougar Road.

d.PETITION 2020-04: A Variation of Use to allow expansion of an adjacent winery/distillery and event space into a vacant office building, a B-3 (general business) use in an R-5 (high-density multi-family residential) zoning district, located at 425 N. Summit Street.

e.PETITION 2020-05: A Variation to allow an additional ground sign and to allow the sign to exceed the maximum allowable sign area, located at 1800 W. Jefferson Street.

f.PETITION 2020-07: Variations to allow 3 wall signs that do not face a public street, located at 2705 Plainfield Road.

g.PETITION 2020-08: A Variation to increase the maximum allowable truck parking from 1,097 to 1,319 spaces, located at 3401 S. Brandon Road.
