3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APPROVAL October 17, 2019 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES.

4.CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding items listed on the agenda, except for items listed under Public Hearing. Anyone speaking on an agenda item is entitled to speak for a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff and the Zoning Board of Appeals do not generally respond to public comments. Please note speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

7.NEW BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING

a.PETITION 2019-35: A Variation of Use to allow a massage therapy practice in an R-B (restricted business) zoning district, located at 310 N. Hammes Avenue, Suite 201K.

b.PETITION 2019-36: A Variation to reduce the side-yard setback requirement from 20’ to 15’ in order to build a roofed porch, located at 601 Catherine Street.

c.PETITION 2019-37: A Variation to allow a driveway that does not lead to a garage, located at 1111 Waverly Place.

d.PETITION 2019-38: A Special Use Permit to allow an adult use cannabis dispensing organization, located at 2903 Colorado Avenue. **To be Withdrawn**

e.PETITION 2019-39: A Special Use Permit to allow a truck parking/cartage facility, located at 2250 Emerald Drive. **To be Withdrawn**

f.PETITION 2019-40: A Special Use Permit to allow a truck repair facility, located at 290 Alessio Drive.

g.PETITION 2019-41: A Special Use Permit to allow a truck repair and cartage facility, located at 1728-1738 Irish Indian Trail.

h.PETITION 2019-42: A Variation to reduce the minimum setback from 3’ to 1’, and to increase the maximum allowed lot coverage from 30% to 44% in order to allow construction of a 4-car garage, located at 516-518 N. Hickory Street.

5.OLD BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING

a.PETITION 2019-34: A Special Use Permit to allow a massage therapy business within an office suite, located at 310 N. Hammes Avenue, Suite 201K.
