Republican James Louch's election campaign committee, Lockport Twp Republican Org, spent $10,121 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Louch's committee spent the most on brochures in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,550) going to Phaeton Media Inc in Chatsworth. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Louch's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
