HG-1714-V Janet & Richard Modelski (Public Hearing): Consideration of a Variance to reduce the required corner side yard setback from 45 feet to 35 feet 8 inches to accommodate an addition to the Modell Funeral Home located in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District [Attachment 2, Table 2B Site and Structure Bulk Requirements for Nonresidential Districts, Chapter 220 (Zoning), Code of the Village of Homer Glen] and commonly known as 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen, Illinois.

HG-1715-V John & Linda Handley (Public Hearing): Consideration of a Variance to permit a five (5) foot, 50% open fence in the corner side yard in lieu of the required four (4) feet, 50% open fence in the corner side yard in the R-5 Single-family Residential Zoning District [Chapter 220-812A(4) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen] for property commonly known as 14001 W. Clifton Lane, Homer Glen, Illinois.

3. HG-1716-V Roger Collins d.b.a. A1 Insurance and Financial Services LLC (Public Hearing): Consideration of a Variance to permit a wall sign area of 23 square feet in lieu of the 15 square feet permitted [Chapter 220-1005F(3)c(2) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen] for property commonly known as 15745 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois.

4. HG-1717-PS Bank of America (Public Hearing): Consideration of (1) a Plat of Consolidation; and (2) Special Uses for (a) a Planned Unit Development in the C-2 Local Business District in accordance with Chapter 220 (Zoning), Article 9 (Planned Development) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen with certain zoning and sign variances, and (b) a drive-through facility associated with a bank, and any other relief necessary to conduct a bank operation on the property commonly known as 14241 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois.
