Present for the Plan Commission were Chairman Joe Maska, Present on behalf of the Village of Homer Glen was the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning, Caron Bricks. The minutes were recorded and transcribed by Candace Rose.

1. HG-1629-MP Deb Chow (Public Hearing): Consideration of (1) a Zoning Map
Amendment (Rezoning) from the R-2 Single-Family Residential District to the E-2 Single-Family Rural Residential District (S220-603 and Attachment 1, Table 1B Site and Structure Requirements for Residential Districts) and a (2) a Variance to reduce the required minimum lot width from 300 feet to 297 feet in the E-2 Single-Family Rural Residential District Chapter 220 (Zoning), Attachment 1, Table 1B, Site and Structure Requirements for Residential Districts. The petitioner is also requesting a Preliminary and Final Plat of Consolidation of the subject parcels for certain real property that is currently vacant located west of S. Cedar Road, east of S. Twin Creek Lane, and north of 143rd Street and known as P.I.N.s 16-05-04-300-032-0000 and 16-05-300-048-0000.
Caron Bricks states this item will be heard at the December 1, 2016 meeting as there is no quorum for the meeting tonight.
The meeting adjourned at 7:18 pm due to no quorum
